Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hrs notice for any appointments that need to be rescheduled or cancelled. Clients who provide less than 24 hrs notice or no-show, will charged a cancellation fee of the full value of their appointment.. We understand that situations happen, but this policy respects the clients and practitioners’ time and the time and opportunity for access for those clients who are on our waitlist. These boundaries are set to ensure that we’re able to support as many individuals and operate effectively for you.

Please ensure you’ve eaten a light meal prior to your visit and have drank plenty of water as acupuncture and massage services have a detoxifying effect and can be quite active energetically.
All clients using our online booking system will receive an email confirmation when your booking is complete. If you don’t receive this email after booking, please text the clinic to verify. With your Account, you will be able to schedule appointments, cancel upcoming appointments and view your appointment history.
